Payment terms:- Usually upto 20% advance to confirm the booking. Balance 50% at the start of the journey Balance payment to be paid before ending of Journey

Cancellation Policy
- Single Day trip/ Airport transfer: No Refund will be issued to the user.
- Airport transfer: No Cancellation Charges if Cancelled at least 2 hours before the pickup time.
- Multi-Day Trip: The charge for the first day would be deducted from the total amount and a refund will be issued to the user.
- Full Refund: Applicable for cancellations made 4 or more hours before the rental start time.
- Partial Refund: For cancellations less than 4 hours before the start time, refunds will be processed after deducting applicable cancellation charges.
- Refunds will be initiated within 7 business days and credited to the original payment method. Additional bank processing times may apply for credit or debit card refunds.
